Project Superintendent / Foreman

Oversee daily field operations on commercial, institutional, and public works construction projects. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating on-site activities, running crews, managing subcontractors/vendors/field personnel, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget, reading and interpreting plans and specifications, conducting daily site inspections, coordinating deliveries and logistics, maintaining quality control, enforcing OSHA regulations, and preparing daily reports. Strong leadership, scheduling, and problem-solving skills are essential. The role requires hands-on leadership with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and maintain safe, productive job sites.
