Job Summary
Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout, coordinating subcontractors, schedule sequencing, and inspections to maintain flow and eliminate bottlenecks. Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and cleanliness at a high standard consistent with luxury residential expectations while communicating daily with the Project Manager to proactively identify issues. Enforce quality standards through ongoing inspections to minimize punch lists and rework, and resolve field issues early by escalating appropriately to protect schedule and budget. Drive the project schedule with weekly lookaheads and daily adjustments to ensure milestone adherence.
Required Qualifications
- Lead all on-site construction operations from mobilization through closeout
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedule sequencing, inspections, and daily production
- Maintain jobsite quality, safety, and cleanliness at a high standard consistent with luxury residential expectations
- Communicate daily with the Project Manager
- Proactively identify issues before they impact schedule or cost
- Own the jobsite
- Maintain and drive the project schedule with weekly lookaheads and daily adjustments
- Manage and sequence subcontractors to eliminate downtime and conflicts
- Enforce quality standards and perform ongoing inspections to minimize punch list and rework
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite
- Identify and resolve field issues early, escalating appropriately
