Project Superintendent - Construction

Direct, coordinate, and supervise all on-site construction activities for a multifamily project from inception through Certificate of Occupancy. Sequence field operations, manage subcontractors and vendors, and oversee material staging to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Conduct weekly progress reporting, resolve conflicts among project participants, and enforce OSHA safety protocols and building code standards. Manage labor costs, equipment rentals, and payment applications while ensuring quality compliance with contract documents and specifications. Initiate Requests for Information and coordinate with municipalities for service inspections. Provide technical direction to the team and serve as the primary point of contact for the Director of Operations and Project Manager regarding schedule, budget, and quality.
