Job Summary
Project Superintendent for a multifamily construction project. Responsible for directing, coordinating, and supervising all on-site construction activities and employees from start to finish, ensuring safety, adherence to schedule, quality, and budget. Lead field operations, manage subcontractors and vendors, oversee sequencing and material staging, conduct preconstruction and subcontractor meetings, provide weekly/monthly progress reports, enforce safety programs (OSHA), and ensure compliance with contract documents and building codes. Requires effective communication, problem-solving, and leadership to resolve conflicts and keep projects on schedule. Education of high school diploma and construction-related experience preferred; valid driver’s license required; OSHA 10 hour preferred.”,
