Project Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Job Summary
Implement and enforce the company's jobsite safety program in compliance with OSHA, including weekly toolbox meetings and documented worker orientations. Plan and coordinate daily activities of all subcontractors, vendors, and self-performed work to maintain the master schedule, lead pre-activity meetings, and determine equipment and material requirements. Verify all permits, existing utilities, and temporary facilities prior to construction, while ensuring all work conforms to contract documents, approved submittals, and applicable codes. Partner with the project management team to manage the budget, analyze weekly labor reports, and enforce subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders in the field. Maintain complete project records, conduct pre-punch inspections, and drive all work to a complete, turnover-ready condition. Serve as the primary link between the jobsite and project management team, communicating field conditions and proposed plan deviations for resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Superintendent leading medium- and large-scale commercial construction projects
- Fluency with Procore
- Fluency with Bluebeam
- Fluency with Microsoft Outlook
- Fluency with Excel
- Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds
- Flexibility to work outside of regular business hours as needed
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Ability to travel to off-site locations in a timely and efficient manner
- Functional vision for both near and distance viewing, including depth perception and peripheral vision
- Ability to read and comprehend written materials, including emails and company policies
- Ability to hear and understand verbal instructions and conversations
- Satisfactory result of a pre-hire functional physical exam
- Satisfactory result of a drug screen
