Job Summary
Develop project schedules in coordination with the General Superintendent, maintain weekly P6 updates, and compile monthly narratives for owners. Lead the team in site logistics, mobilization, and testing while ensuring trade partners have adequate resources. Implement the Site-Specific Safety Plan, oversee safety audits, and conduct weekly coordination meetings. Review workmanship against contract documents, document daily activities with photos in Procore, and manage change orders and job cost reports with the Project Manager. Requires minimum seven years commercial construction experience and a bachelor's degree. Salary negotiable.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years' commercial construction experience

- Exposure/experience in working multiple discipline projects
