Job Summary
Lead civil-first production execution on field projects, ensuring safe, on-schedule, and cost-aware delivery across civil and electrical infrastructure scopes. Responsibilities include overseeing production sequencing and manpower loading, coordinating trades and subcontractors, maintaining weekly labor and production awareness, representing the company with inspectors/clients, delivering field decisions and production adjustments to the PM, participating in pre-construction planning, and developing promotable field leaders. Core values emphasize disciplined excellence, integrity, and leadership development. Key skills include civil sequencing, underground utilities, traffic control fundamentals, plan reading, budget and cost-code awareness, subcontractor coordination, digital documentation, workforce dispatch understanding, and strong communication under pressure. Work conditions require active field presence across Southern and Central California with day/night/weekend shifts and night oversight as needed.
Required Qualifications
- OSHA 30 Certification
- CPR / First Aid Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean driving record meeting company insurability standards
- CHST or equivalent certification (preferred or required within 12 months)
- Safety Representative in compliance with Cal/OSHA standards and company policy
