Job Summary
Project Superintendent for land development coordinating all horizontal site construction activities and supervising field personnel to complete projects on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities include scheduling and coordinating contractors, ensuring safety practices, maintaining the job site office, driving acceptance of improvements by jurisdictions, managing turnover to production, preparing and maintaining sureties, and supervising final punch lists. Core competencies include organization, communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills. Preferred 4-year college degree with 3+ years of project management/expediting experience in production residential or multi-family construction; experience in scheduling, field supervision, quality control, and multi-project management. Compensation is competitive and benefits are included.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of successful Project Management/Expediting experience with a production residential or multi-family builder
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to manage diverse personalities
