Job Summary
Custom Home Project Superintendent coordinates all site construction activities and supervises field personnel to complete the project on schedule and within budget, maintains safety and quality craftsmanship, supports the job-site office, and handles project closeout. Responsibilities include directing field personnel, maintaining construction schedules, ordering materials, scheduling inspections, understanding project plans and Co-Construct PM platform, maintaining relationships with customers, contractors, and suppliers, preparing final punch lists, promoting site safety, ensuring adherence to safety policies, and organizing the job site and construction office. Strong emphasis on organizational, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse personalities and ensure timely, on-budget project delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree preferred but not required in construction management or related field
- 3+ years of successful Project Management/Expediting experience with a production residential or multi-family builder
- Experience in scheduling, ordering, field supervision, quality control, and production of all phases of residential construction
- Experience in managing multiple projects
