Project Superintendent

Manage all project activities in the field, including customer relations in a primarily design/build setting. Control the pace of the project schedule, participate directly in QC matters and safety initiatives, and actively join project field meetings. Provide and review detailed weekly schedules, work with Project Managers to ensure purchased materials arrive to the site timely, and handle daily activity reporting on the site. Assist in the assembly of and direction of field operations including in-house crew resources, equipment, and subcontractors. Some occasional travel may be required depending on project location. Bayland Buildings Inc. performs both Commercial and Agricultural Design/Build projects and utilizes award-winning Procore cloud-based project management software for seamless collaboration from the field to the office.
