Project Superintendent

Schedule and manage construction activities, sequencing, and resource selection for maximum utilization and quality on heavy civil projects. Track schedule and budget progress against milestones, determine field discipline, and manage costs and budgets. Supervise multiple foremen and crews while ensuring compliance with safety policies, environmental standards, and quality requirements. Review contract documents, specifications, and drawings; collaborate with estimating teams to develop estimates for large complex projects. Interpret timecards and invoices for proper cost distribution and accountability. Maintain current safety certifications and ensure all employees receive required training and equipment.
