Job Summary
Open and secure the job site daily, conduct site walks, and spend up to 80% of time in the field to oversee electronic security system integration for data center construction. Schedule subcontractors and vendors, supervise installation technicians, and ensure work adheres to contracts, schedules, and quality standards. Coordinate with the General Contractor to resolve site issues, manage RFIs and inspections, and maintain accurate site logs for project status updates. Assist with budgeting, bidding, and permits while enforcing safety compliance and keeping the site organized. Requires a driver's license, three years of construction supervision experience, and expertise in access control and CCTV systems. Base salary includes a company vehicle and gas card, with comprehensive health benefits and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current driver's license if driving a company vehicle, or personal vehicle in the course of conducting business (e.g., client visits, attending networking events)
- Experience in the electronic security industry, specifically with access control, surveillance (CCTV), intrusion detection
- Minimum of three (3) years of construction or installation supervision experience
- Expertise in safety enforcement, equipment oversight, and site coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical ability to conduct site walks and lift up to 100 lbs as needed
