Job Summary
Oversee on-site construction teams and coordinate work across electrical, HVAC, and instrumentation systems to ensure compliance with safety, health, and quality standards. Lead daily site meetings with general contractors and vendors, review project schedules and budgets for on-time delivery, and provide cost-saving concepts for materials and processes. Manage order placement for equipment and materials, review field reports and change orders, and submit daily summary reports and timecards. Maintain OSHA 30 certification and lead commissioning efforts while interpreting drawings and specifications. Submit expenses on time and represent the organization professionally in all client and internal communications.
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with Electrical, HVAC, instrumentation and/ or controls panel systems
- Experience in a Construction environment
- Reviewing any termination and cabling and conduit work that Electrical Contractors do for completeness, quality and accuracy
- Attending daily meetings on site with General Contractor, Electrical Contractor, and Equipment (UPS, Battery, Switchgear, etc.) vendors
- Experience commissioning equipment and/or tracking issues reviewing and commenting on pre-made scripts
- Ability to write daily summary reports/emails
- Ability to lead and inspire
- Maintain an OSHA 30 certification
- First-Rate interpersonal skills
- Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specification, control drawings and other documents
- Be proficient in MS Office, Word and Excel, to include Bluebeam
- Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs
- Professional client-facing and internal communication skills both written and verbal
Desired Qualifications
- Datacenter operations experience preferred
