Job Summary
Develop and manage project schedules while leading subcontractor coordination to drive field execution and monitor progress. Complete daily reports on manpower, activities, deliveries, and conditions; enforce jobsite safety and maintain compliance. Manage RFIs, inspections, and regulatory coordination; oversee quality control and adherence to plans. Supervise field staff and subcontractors to ensure performance, maintain project documentation, and build strong relationships with clients and vendors. Manage punch lists and drive project closeout while coordinating utilities and third-party vendors. Requires 5+ years of commercial construction management experience, OSHA 10-hour certification, and willingness to travel and be on-call.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial construction management experience
- 5+ years of construction management experience
- OSHA 10-hour required
- Construction Supervisor's License
Desired Qualifications
- 30-hour preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- Decisive leader who performs well under pressure and unexpected conditions
