Job Summary
Project Storage Manager role in Indianapolis for Kirby Risk. Own and optimize project timelines, workflows, and processes; coordinate third-party logistics including scheduling, delivery timelines, and expedited requests; streamline job-management data and inventory reports; lead post-project closeout with surplus-material relocation or disposal; maintain profitability through precise pricing of storage and logistics services; allocate storage locations within business systems to support efficient order fulfillment; drive continuous improvement in utilization and inventory turnover; ensure financial accountability through detailed image capture of stored inventory. Requires college-level coursework and/or 4+ years of relevant experience, strong interpersonal and leadership, and proficiency with inventory-management software. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7AM-4PM; physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs and operating industrial equipment. Location: Indianapolis, IN (onsite). US work authorization required; no sponsorship."
Required Qualifications
