Job Summary

Client-facing Implementation Project Specialist leads onboarding for new UKG Ready payroll/HCM implementations, develops project plans, coordinates stakeholders, delivers onboarding presentations, guides clients through implementation steps, tracks milestones, communicates status updates and risks, ensures a high-quality onboarding experience, and supports system setup, data validation, and client training.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role supporting customers or external clients
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools preferred.
  • Exposure to payroll systems, HRIS, or HCM platforms
