Job Summary
Lead and coordinate onboarding for new clients in UKG Ready implementations as the primary client-facing contact; develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and task tracking; guide clients through onboarding steps and deliver onboarding presentations; coordinate internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely completion of milestones; manage risks and ensure a high-quality client experience across engagements; provide client training support and assist with data validation, testing, data migration, and system setup; stay informed on payroll-related changes and system updates.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years in a client-facing role supporting customers or external clients
- 1+ years of experience in project management, preferably in payroll, HRIS, or HCM implementations
- Strong understanding of implementation processes and client onboarding best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with project management tools preferred
- Comfortable learning new systems and tools
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build trust and manage expectations
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables
- Exposure to payroll systems, HRIS, or HCM platforms
- UKG Ready experience is a plus but not required
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus
