Job Summary
Project Specialist will manage all aspects of a project from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Responsibilities include recommending products and services that fit client needs, coordinating with vendors to integrate them into projects, supervising progress against the project plan, conducting client and partner meetings, preparing status reports, allocating resources, and supporting program managers to ensure adherence to plan. Candidate should have experience with construction industry products (general construction, plumbing, or mechanical), 2+ years in construction project management or project coordination, and familiarity with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
