Project Specialist

Job Summary
Coordinate customer deployments, maintenance visits, and replacements while tracking cases through CRM to ensure timely resolution. Conduct regular follow-ups to review performance and usage, then promote maintenance agreements and digital services to drive adoption. Manage field activities and train new installers, proposing and negotiating service options within predefined frameworks. Collect and structure customer feedback to influence product improvements and share insights with Product Management. This hybrid role supports Resideo's safety-connected devices and solutions in Kokstad, Norway, requiring fluent English and Norwegian.
Required Qualifications
- Strong understanding of customer success principles, service delivery and project management (planning, follow-up, risk and stakeholder management)
- Good knowledge of the company's safety-connected devices, solutions and service portfolio (maintenance agreements, digital/online services)
- Ability to work with CRM, ticketing and project management tools for tracking customer activities and performance
- Basic logistics and RMA process knowledge (inventory handling, shipment preparation, returns management)
- Solid communication and relationship-building skills, including the ability to present services and value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluent in Norwegian and English
Desired Qualifications
- Awareness of building safety and compliance context relevant to the company's products and services (national and local specifics are a plus)
- Knowledge of how a matrix organization works within an international company
- An ability to take initiative and work with limited direction
- An ability to learn quickly
