Job Summary
Coordinate timelines, manage requests, and ensure projects meet contract, deadline, and quality standards as a customer-facing technical expert. Partner with internal teams to execute customer deliverables, attend customer calls, and provide regular updates to both customers and internal stakeholders. Work collaboratively to ensure customer success while prioritizing competing deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. This role requires a self-starter with strong organizational skills and a passion for project management. Candidates must reside in the Lincoln, Nebraska area, and the position is open for 45 days.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or 4 years equivalent work experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills, ability to prioritize, and attention to detail
- Ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (including Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Technical aptitude for learning new software and systems
- Must live in the Lincoln, Nebraska and surrounding areas
