Job Summary
Project Specialist/Mission Integration monitors projects from initiation to completion, guides multidisciplinary teams to achieve defined objectives, helps develop business plans, forecasting, project flows and project design rollout, and leads grants writing and management with a focus on population health, social determinants of health, and community engagement for public health. Responsibilities include conducting interim and post-implementation reviews, coordinating training and educational sessions, organizing community conferences and intervention programs, and leveraging strong written and verbal communication, leadership, and facilitation skills. Requires proficiency with standard software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the ability to analyze undefined issues to provide resolutions; prior experience in healthcare/project management and demonstrated leadership in a healthcare and community environment are valuable. The role is based in Memphis, TN, with in-person duties at the Memphis Professional Building.
