Job Summary
Coordinate logistics activities with suppliers, customers, and transport providers while monitoring operational performance and ensuring compliance with ISO procedures and contractual requirements. Prepare S&OP processes, maintain volume forecasts, and manage operational disruptions to balance profitability goals with customer relationships. Negotiate logistics rates, support financial closing, and monitor project costs and margins to ensure accurate invoicing and settlement. Act as the primary operational contact for assigned projects, maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and delivering high-quality shipment documentation.
Required Qualifications
- fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- good understanding of supply chain and logistics operations
- strong commercial awareness and data-driven decision-making skills
- excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- strong reporting, planning, and organisational capabilities
- ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across functions
