Job Summary
Project Management Specialist to drive process improvement across SAP and Salesforce; gather and define business requirements, ensuring changes are reviewed, prioritized, and aligned with objectives. Lead change management activities for project implementations by preparing stakeholders for transitions, facilitating training, addressing resistance, and measuring effectiveness of new processes and tools. Collaborate with Training and Quality teams to maintain knowledge bases, create staff training communications, and support managers and directors in project management deliverables. Map, document, and communicate process flows; present processes and improvements to stakeholders and internal teams; work cross-functionally to ensure data accuracy, program success, and customer loyalty. Proactively adapt to new technologies and process changes, with strong communication and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of project management experience
- Strong working knowledge of Salesforce Lightning
- Strong working knowledge of SAP Systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present processes clearly to stakeholders
- Experience working collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to process changes
- Ability to map, document, and communicate process flows
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Demonstrated initiative and sound decision-making skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks independently
- Commitment to producing accurate, complete work and meeting deadlines with or without direct supervision
