Job Summary
Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of construction projects while supervising and mentoring staff on scheduling, materials, and operational coordination. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and employees by embodying service standards of Hello, Engage, Anticipate, Respond, and Thank. Coach team members to deliver the HEART Experience and ensure compliance with internal control standards. Perform general labor tasks including steel stud, dry wall, painting, installation, repair, and finishing. Maintain clean work areas, track material levels, and demonstrate proper tool use to ensure safety and efficiency. Make difficult decisions fairly and communicate effectively with the Project Manager and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree (or GED)
- Two (2) years (or equivalent) supervisory experience
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in construction project management
- Must pass periodic random drug screens
- Must be able to pass background suitability investigation
- Must obtain a Tribal Gaming License
- Must obtain all other applicable certifications and licenses
- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States within 72 hours of employment
- Must be available for emergency calls 24/7
- Must be available to work weekend and holidays
- Must follow all safety policies and procedures and attend all scheduled safety meetings and training as a condition of employment
- Able to make difficult decision in a fair and honest manner
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must occasionally lift up to 75 pounds
- Must occasionally push, pull up to 150 pounds
- Must be flexible to work any and all hours
- Must be able to work in low light conditions
- Must be able to be exposed to loud noise for extended periods
