Project Specialist II - Yellow Brick

Provide relevant knowledge and expertise to the Yellow Brick core team and clients while serving as a Subject Matter Expert for specialty services and industry standards. Identify project risks, recommend solutions, and work with the team to mitigate them, ensuring deliverables adhere to Yellow Brick standards and meet expected timeframes. Facilitate meetings, manage workgroups, and track project work, hours, and expenses for monthly summaries. Conduct research to provide implementation recommendations to leadership, identify industry best practices, and develop or improve project tools and methodologies. Continuously seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and maintain confidentiality with company property. Adhere to all Yellow Brick, CannonDesign, and client policies. This role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent expertise, 3+ years of industry experience, and familiarity with healthcare regulatory agencies. Candidates must be proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Smartsheet, with knowledge of Visio and Access. The position involves traveling up to 75% of the time and working irregular hours on occasion.
