Project Specialist, HCP Contracting (Remote)

Job Summary
Project Specialist will manage multiple HCP contracting projects for a client, act as main contact for customers and stakeholders, develop and monitor contract workflow, utilize client contracting templates to create contracts, obtain approvals, and finalize signatures for HCP contracts; communicate contract updates, ensure compliance with client regulations, track CVs/W9s/W8s, manage invoicing and expense processes, support event-related financials, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of contracts and related documentation; remote-work option with potential to work in Milwaukee HQ; strong organization, project-management, and client-management skills; familiarity with virtual, hybrid, and in-person meetings; proficiency in tools like SMartsheet and Cvent is desired; ability to manage confidentiality and IP considerations.
Required Qualifications
- College degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HCP contracting
- Understanding of policies pertaining to events with HCPs in attendance
- Knowledge of HCP payments: Fee for service (FFS), honoraria, and Expense reimbursement (NEER)
- Knowledge of virtual and hybrid event options
- Proven excellent oral and written communication skills in both internal and client-facing environments
- Demonstrated track record of successfully managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in a virtual office environment a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office systems (Outlook, Excel, OneNote, Word, and Power Point)
- Experience in Smartsheet
- Experience with database management programs (Cvent preferred)
