Job Summary

Project Specialist to plan, coordinate, and oversee projects to meet performance indicators (cost, delivery, quality). Responsibilities include establishing project schedules, financial parameters, and technical requirements; reviewing customer requirements, specifications, and project budgets; monitoring daily production schedules, identifying problem areas, and providing technical guidance to the project team; developing status reports and project plans with cost controls; creating and maintaining project deliverables and procedures; conducting presentations on project schedules; and interacting with customers and cross-functional managers. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years in manufacturing or project administration; strong communication, budgeting, organizational, time-management, analytical, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office; project management certification or experience is a plus.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing or project administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent budgeting and cost containment skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Project management certification or experience a plus
