Job Summary
Represent MCE professionally at construction meetings and manage agendas and minutes for routine projects where the firm is the prime consultant. Accurately review contractor submittals for compliance with design documents and produce field observation reports identifying deficiencies. Coordinate design changes with the design team when field conditions require deviations and investigate and resolve construction phase issues, including responding to RFIs. Mentor less experienced specialists and promote the use of master tools and standards while maintaining an accurate construction change log. Requires an associate or bachelor's degree in technology or construction administration with at least four years of building systems industry experience. Salary ranges from $78,500 to $110,800 annually.
Required Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in technology, electrical, construction administration, or similar field of study from an accredited university or college
- At least 4 years of related building systems industry experience
- Microsoft Office Suite of products experience
- Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States
