Job Summary
Coordinate cross-functional acquisition integrations from diligence through post-close, managing timelines, risks, and communications across Accounting, IT, HR, Legal, Operations, and Marketing to drive operational readiness. Lead kickoff meetings, track milestones and dependencies, and escalate risks early to protect project timelines. Ensure on-site leadership and teams are prepared for pre- and post-integration tasks, own post-close tasking and issue resolution, and monitor performance tracking for each acquisition. Support Continuous Improvement initiatives and other organization-wide projects as needed. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, PMP certification, 2-4 years of project management experience, and strong capability in managing multi-team initiatives; proficiency with Monday.com or similar enterprise PM tools; excellent written/verbal communication; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 2-4 years of experience in a Project Management environment
- PMP certification required
- Proven experience in operations projects
- Experience with handling complex cross-functional projects managing timelines, dependencies, and deliverables
- Experience using tools such as Monday.com or similar enterprise Project Management platform
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
