Job Summary
Conduct regular site inspections during structural and finishing stages while supervising contractors and subcontractors on daily activities. Ensure work adheres to approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards, then monitor quality to report deviations immediately. Track actual progress against the project timeline, prepare weekly reports with delays and risks, and verify completed work before payment approval. Follow up on site observations until full closure and attend coordination meetings to provide updates to management. Requires a Diploma in Civil Engineering with 5+ years of site supervision experience in Riyadh residential projects.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction-related field
- Minimum 5 years of site supervision experience in residential projects
- Strong knowledge of structural and finishing works
- Ability to read technical drawings and BOQs
- Strong reporting and communication skills
- Firm and detail-oriented personality
- Ability to manage multiple project sites within Riyadh
