Job Summary
Project Sign Coordinator needed to coordinate sign projects from approved estimates through production, delivery, and installation. Responsibilities include reviewing project details, drawings, site notes, permits, and customer requirements; creating and maintaining schedules; tracking milestones and communicating delays or changes; serving as primary point of contact for customers; coordinating artwork approvals, proofs, site surveys, permits, and installation dates; coordinating with designers, fabricators, printers, installers, and subcontractors; verifying materials, production readiness, installation requirements, and quality. Requires 2+ years in related coordination roles, strong organizational and communication skills, ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines, high attention to detail, comfort with customers and vendors, and proficiency with email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project management or CRM systems.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, production coordination, or administrative support.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working with customers, vendors, and internal production teams.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, scheduling tools, and project management or CRM systems.
- Preferred: Experience in the sign, graphics, print, construction, fabrication, or architectural products industry.
- Familiarity with signage types such as channel letters, monument signs, wall signs, vinyl graphics, ADA signs, wayfinding, dimensional letters, and vehicle graphics.
- Basic understanding of drawings, proofs, measurements, materials, and installation requirements.
- Experience coordinating permits, site surveys, vendors, or installation crews.
- Knowledge of platforms such as Monday.com, Asana, Trello, CoreBridge, Cyrious, ShopVOX, Salesforce, or similar systems.
