Job Summary
Provide exceptional sales, product, and order support to Pallas sales teams, customers, dealers, and business partners. Manage all inbound pre-sales and post-sales activities, including generating quotes and pricing, updating Salesforce.com, and coordinating installation, transportation, and delivery dates with internal departments. Resolve quality issues timely and maintain accurate records for assigned groups. This role requires a degree in business or equivalent experience, plus two years in customer service, sales, or project management. Located at KI's corporate headquarters in Green Bay, WI, the position offers a starting hourly rate of $23, comprehensive health benefits, and participation in the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years customer service, sales or project management experience
