Job Summary
Senior Subsea Trees Mechanical Engineer responsible for leading the full lifecycle design and delivery of subsea well systems, including concept through detailed design, manufacturing, testing and installation. You will interpret customer and engineering specifications, define layouts and 3D models, manage BOMs, lead design reviews, ensure compliance with API/ASME/ISO/NORSOK/DNVGL standards, and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with manufacturing, testing (FAT/PVT) and field activities to ensure product readiness and quality.
Required Qualifications
- MSc Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Significant subsea or oil & gas mechanical design experience
- Strong knowledge of GD&T, manufacturing processes and design for manufacture
- Proficiency in CAD tools (CREO) and PDM systems (Teamcenter/IPEM)
- Strong understanding of API, ASME, ISO, NORSOK, DNVGL standards
- Ability to lead technical activities and mentor engineers
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills
- Fluent in English
