Project Search Job Coach

Build meaningful relationships with individuals with disabilities, their families, support teams, and employers to help them learn skills necessary for independence during an internship. Work closely with 3 to 4 students through the High School Transition Program, guiding them as they complete internships at host businesses like Berger Hospital to achieve graduation. Assist participants in building confidence, learning new skills, and growing professionally while maintaining a clean driving record to transport clients in company vehicles. Requires a high school diploma/GED, typing speed of 25 words per minute, and ability to pass background and drug screening.
