Job Summary
Project Scheduling Analyst to join Ausgrid PMO. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 across the full project lifecycle; load and level resources, generate manpower forecasts, track milestones aligned to contract requirements, and perform weekly/monthly progress analysis. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule integrity, provide critical delivery timelines to support procurement, and prepareProgress reports for internal and client stakeholders. This role requires tertiary qualifications in engineering or a related field, strong Primavera P6 and MS Office skills, and the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage resources under tight deadlines. Hybrid work model with a Sydney Haymarket office, and a 9-day fortnight for work-life balance.
Required Qualifications
- Tertiary qualifications in Engineering or other relevant discipline
- Experience with Primavera P6 scheduling and Microsoft Office
- Ability to develop, maintain and analyse detailed project schedules across full project lifecycle
- Ability to load and level resources, generate manpower histograms, and forecast
- Experience producing progress reports for internal and client stakeholders
- Strong organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and analytical decision-making abilities
