Project Scheduler (Subic Bay, Zambales)

Project Scheduler (Subic Bay, Zambales) responsible for developing and maintaining the project schedule for a design-build construction program. Works with engineering and construction leads to identify required activities, sequences dependencies, reviews subcontractor schedules (utilizing Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project), and develops status and forecast reports. Provides variance analyses against contract requirements, supports the Project Manager to mitigate schedule risk, and prepares historical schedule documentation and recommendations to mitigate delays. Requires advanced Primavera P6 knowledge, experience in vertical construction and government-building projects, five years in engineering/construction scheduling, and strong Excel/English communication skills.
