Job Summary
Maintain MS Project schedules with current progress inputs, milestones, and dependencies while ensuring alignment with defined structures. Populate Earned Value reports, calculate variances, and contribute to ERP integration for enhanced cost and schedule reporting. Update budget forecasts, cash flow projections, and cost tracking based on program guidance. Perform variance analysis for leadership reviews and prepare monthly health reports, dashboards, and documentation for stakeholders. Support programmatic staffing forecasts, material purchase order tracking, and expenditure reconciliation. Assist with ad hoc analysis and special projects as directed.

- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business (Business Administration, Project Management, Management and Organizational Leadership, Operations Management), Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3 or more years of experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivots, lookups)
- Ability to become proficient in MS project quickly
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Analytical problem-solving skills and ability to interpret data accurately
- Familiarity with budgeting concepts, earned value mechanics, and basic financial analysis
- Ability to obtain and maintain DoD secret Clearance
- Requires mobility and the ability to bend and reach
- May infrequently require lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling materials weighing up to 30 pounds
- Manual dexterity and coordination are required
- Vision at close distances and the ability to adjust focus for prolonged periods (i.e., computer screen)
- Ability to remain sedentary or stationary for prolonged periods of time
- Ability to write for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in an office setting for prolonged periods of time
- May be asked to carry up to 20 lbs. up and down a flight of stairs on a regular basis
- Occasional reaching overhead and lifting up to 15 pounds
- Ability to converse and communicate information with others
- Occasional exposure to chemical vapors and/or fumes in low non-hazardous concentration
- Potential to climb up and down steps on a daily basis
- Must be able to read and understand SDS
