Job Summary
Develop and maintain cost and resource loaded programmatic schedules, gathering project progress weekly from Project Managers and Superintendents. Review change request logs and update project schedules immediately upon award or turnover, interpreting data to predict productivity trends. Assemble reports supporting scorecard, KPM, and portfolio tracking while maintaining activity coding for accurate reporting. Communicate data and trends effectively to Project and Operations Management, adhering to PMO processes and Standard Work Instructions. Requires seven years of scheduling experience, proficiency in Primavera P6 and SAP, and on-site availability in Mississippi.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of seven (7) years' Scheduling experience building and maintaining project schedules for large programs and projects.
- Experience working both independently and, in a team environment.
- Flexibility to accommodate shifting priorities due to demands and timeline changes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Possess excellent communication skills to effectively interface.
- Proficient in Primavera P6, SAP, Maximo, Microsoft Word & Excel; create clearly written communications.
- Experience writing detailed and concise communications.
- Utility experience
- Must be willing to be on site in Mississippi.
Desired Qualifications
- Power Generation experience is preferred
