Job Summary
Project Scheduler role supporting Project Managers by coordinating team activities and serving as scheduler and commodity tracker for major projects. Independently develop and analyze intermediate to complex scope-of-work schedules using Primavera, SmartSheet, and other systems. Plan, baseline, update, maintain, and analyze schedules; generate and present schedule status, KPIs, and reports. Lead schedule review meetings with execution teams, contractors, suppliers, and management; ensure all scope and deliverables are accounted for and communicate schedule risks and milestones. Interface with stakeholders to follow governance standards, learn and apply scheduling techniques, and support project/outage teams. Some travel and potential temporary relocation may be required. Demonstrated ability to manage time, communicate effectively, and work as part of a team; proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of developing metrics and KPI reports.
Required Qualifications
- Education: related field degree or experience as indicated (Engineering, Construction Management, Accounting, Business, Technology, Project Management)
- Experience: utility operations knowledge; scheduling/analyses; design, operations, planning, project management, cost tracking, budgeting; coordination with execution teams, contractors, suppliers, and management
- Certification: CCMP, CETa, IQCP, PMP, RMP not required at this level but may be preferred for progression
- Other: travel may be required; strong communication; Microsoft Office proficiency; ability to work independently; adherence to governance standards
