Job Summary
Project Scheduler/Planner supporting Army IMS-based master schedules at Ft Belvoir, VA. Responsibilities include analyzing IMS to estimate/verify objectives, integrating WBS, milestones, dependencies, and activities; performing critical path and schedule-related analyses; incorporating technical, logistical, contractual, and programmatic changes into IMS; supporting planning with the Integrated Product Team Lead; coordinating with system contractors and external stakeholders; delivering program scheduling expertise, updating MS Project and Project Server bi-monthly, and briefing on IMS as needed. Travel for weeks-long CONUS/OCONUS assignments is possible; requires Secret Clearance and a Bachelor’s Degree (MA/MS preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Secret Clearance
- 3-7 years of relevant experience in project planning and scheduling
- Experience with integrated master scheduling (IMS)
- MS Project Server experience is desired
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably an MA/MS degree
