Job Summary
Project Scheduler at Nova Systems supporting Defence EW projects within EWIS to deliver and sustain critical capability for Australia. Responsible for sequencing approved workpacks during dockings, deconflicting activities, maintaining the integrated docking schedule, updating forecasts of remaining work, adjusting schedules in response to defects or work-in-way, identifying schedule risks and opportunities, providing schedule impact analysis and forecasting, and delivering high-quality inputs for internal and client reporting. Requires experience in planning/scheduling, proficiency in Excel, MS Project or similar tools, excellent communication, autonomous work style, and Australian citizenship with NV2 or ability to obtain clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in planning and/or project scheduling
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with OPP/MS Project or similar scheduling tools
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
- Australian citizenship with NV2 security clearance or the ability to obtain one
- Able to influence and guide clients
- Team player, flexible and ability to work under pressure to deliver quality products to deadlines
