Job Summary
The Project Scheduler supports Project Management by providing detailed project schedules throughout the project cycle from development to operations. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining logically linked project schedules, collaborating with Project Managers and Engineers to resolve scheduling issues, integrating resource and cost loading, analyzing critical path activities, and communicating project status to stakeholders. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, a minimum of 2 years of relevant project scheduling experience, proficiency in scheduling software including Microsoft Project and Primavera P6, and the ability to travel up to 25%.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (BS) in Engineering, Construction Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in project scheduling for industrial, construction, or power generation projects
- Ability to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Desired Qualifications
- International experience preferred
- Strong ability to read and interpret business publications and technical procedures
- Skilled in writing reports and business correspondence
- Proficient with resource-loaded scheduling software
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6
