Job Summary
P6 Project Scheduler responsible for developing fully integrated Primavera P6 schedules with resource loading and leveling, CPM-based critical path, milestones, and alignment with customer requirements; mentor junior schedulers; prepare schedule status, risk analysis, and communications; ensure adherence to PM governance; perform schedule and cost integration; coordinate with project teams; handle scope of work schedules and stakeholder updates; requires Primavera P6 experience, CPM, MS Office proficiency, strong communication, and willingness to travel for training.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified degrees must be in a related field from an accredited university or college and could include Accounting, Business, Construction Management, Engineering, Technology, or Project Management.
- With a High School Diploma or GED, 7 years' qualified experience.
- With a qualified Associate's degree, 5 years' qualified experience.
- With a qualified Bachelor's degree, 3 years' qualified experience required.
- Primavera P6 experience is required for the role.
- CPM is required.
- A professional or trade certification such as a CCMP, CETa, IQCP, PMP, RMP, etc. is required for candidates possessing only a high school diploma or a non-qualified higher education degree. Otherwise, a certification is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a team player with ability to work and collaborate well with others.
- Some travel, including overnight, may be required to Columbus, Ohio for training.
