Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale industrial and mission critical projects. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy, perform critical path reviews, and provide recovery strategies for identified risks. Support schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and subcontractors. Participate in owner meetings and present schedule data as needed. This remote/travel-based role operates on a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation with travel to active sites in Ohio, Oregon, Nevada, and Mississippi. Typical projects range from $20M to $100M+ in data centers and heavy industrial facilities.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience using Primavera P6
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in Data Centers
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in Heavy Industrial
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in Mission Critical environments
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies
- Ability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery plans
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments with travel requirements
- Travel to active project sites across the United States
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for a general contractor or EPC contractor
- Field construction knowledge
- Experience supporting multiple projects or large program schedules
