Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using Primavera P6 for large-scale industrial, data center, and mission critical projects. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field teams to ensure schedule accuracy, perform critical path reviews, and provide recovery strategies for identified risks. Support schedule updates, forecasting, and earned value tracking while coordinating activities across stakeholders and subcontractors. Participate in owner meetings and present schedule updates as needed. Travel to active job sites in Ohio, Oregon, Nevada, and Mississippi on a 10 days on/4 days off rotation. This role supports $20M–$100M+ projects within a nationally recognized design-build firm.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience using Primavera P6
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in Data Centers
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in Heavy Industrial environments
- Experience supporting large-scale construction projects in Mission Critical environments
- Strong understanding of CPM scheduling methodologies
- Ability to analyze schedule impacts, delays, and recovery plans
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced construction environments with travel requirements
- Must be able to travel to active project sites across the United States
- Must be available for a 10 days on / 4 days off rotation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for a general contractor or EPC contractor
