Job Summary
Project Scheduler II on the Project Services team develops and maintains integrated schedules for engineering and construction projects using Primavera P6 from FEL through commissioning, establishes baselines and forecasts, tracks earned value and schedule variance, generates performance reports, collaborates with Project Managers and Discipline Leads, identifies risks and presents recovery options, and contributes to standardization and continuous improvement of scheduling tools and practices; requires 2–5+ years of experience, Primavera P6, earned value management, forecasting, schedule performance metrics, and a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering; travel up to 25% and site visits.
Required Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of experience developing and maintaining engineering or construction project schedules
- Hands-on Primavera P6 experience
- Working knowledge of earned value management, forecasting, and schedule performance metrics
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and deliver under pressure
