Job Summary
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, coordinating efforts with engineering, procurement, and construction teams. Monitor project progress against milestones, identify critical path activities and risks, and perform schedule impact and delay analysis. Develop look-ahead schedules for field operations, update schedules based on progress, and prepare weekly and monthly reports. Support schedule recovery planning, resource loading, and project forecasting while coordinating interfaces between contractors and stakeholders. Maintain schedule documentation and historical records. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management with 5+ years of experience supporting large EPC projects, including Primavera P6 proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Controls, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of project scheduling experience
- Experience supporting large construction or EPC projects
- Primavera P6 (Required)
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel (Advanced)
Desired Qualifications
- Data center or mission-critical construction experience
- Planning & Scheduling Professional (PSP) certification
- Power BI (preferred)
- Bluebeam Revu
