Job Summary
Project Scheduler to develop and maintain integrated project schedules using Primavera P6 or MSP, supporting front-end loading and stage-gate reviews, establishing baselines, monitoring progress, and communicating status to project teams and stakeholders. Responsibilities include building CPM schedules with WBS, activity coding, calendars, milestones, and resource/cost loading; performing critical path, float, variance, what-if, and time impact analyses; coordinating inputs across engineering, procurement, construction, contractors, and operations; preparing schedule narratives, dashboards, and management presentations; and ensuring schedule quality and governance in line with AACE practices. Preferred background includes PSP/CST certifications and 5+ years in industrial capital projects with experience in IPA-style FEL/stage-gate development. Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MSP is required; strong communication and coordination skills are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience in role is highly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in project planning, scheduling, or project controls for capital, industrial, engineering, or construction projects
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project (MPP)
- Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder coordination skills
