Project Scheduler (f/m/d) EPCM Industry – Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

Job Summary
Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for a demanding semiconductor manufacturing project within the EPCM Industry Business Unit. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Management to define work packages and derive mitigation strategies for critical issues. Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations, assess impacts, and provide recommendations for corrective action while supporting schedule control using the LEAN method. This role requires 100% on-site presence in an EU neighboring country west of Germany, with flexible contractual home bases available in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Contractual home base: Flexible – any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands
- Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‐site presence required)
- Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree qualification (Technician, Engineer) related to the construction industry, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project scheduling within the industrial sector, ideally in the semiconductor industry, would be a significant advantage
- Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
- knowledge of German, Dutch or French
Desired Qualifications
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a comparable project management qualification
- knowledge of German, Dutch or French is an advantage
