Project Scheduler (f/m/d) EPCM Industry – Semiconductor Fabrication Plant

Job Summary
Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for a demanding semiconductor manufacturing project. Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams including Project Management, Engineering, and Construction Management to define work packages and identify critical issues. Prepare project controls and progress reports to assess deviations and recommend corrective actions while deriving effective mitigation strategies. Contribute to the Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks and opportunities using the LEAN method. This role requires 100% on-site presence in an EU neighboring country west of Germany, with a contractual home base in Germany, Belgium, or the Netherlands.
Required Qualifications
- Contractual home base: Flexible – any Drees & Sommer office in Germany, Belgium or Netherlands
- Project location: in an EU neighboring country west of Germany (100% on‐site presence required)
- Full flexibility and willingness to travel and work on international construction sites in Germany and Europe
- Successfully completed vocational training or a degree qualification (Technician, Engineer) related to the construction industry, such as Civil Engineering, Architecture, Building Services Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in project scheduling within the industrial sector, ideally in the semiconductor industry, would be a significant advantage
- Strong proficiency in project management and scheduling software, particularly Primavera P6 and MS Project
- Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken; knowledge of German, Dutch or French is an advantage

- Develop and maintain project schedules and execution plans for an exciting semiconductor manufacturing project within our EPCM Industry Business Unit
- Coordinate and collaborate within an interdisciplinary set up including Project Management, Engineering, Construction Management, and external stakeholders to define and review work packages
- Take responsibility for developing and maintaining schedule and resource plans aligned with project objectives by identifying critical issues and deriving effective mitigation strategies
- Prepare and analyze project controls and progress reports to identify deviations, assess impacts, and provide recommendations for corrective action
- Contribute to the development of the Project Execution Plan by incorporating scheduling risks and opportunities, and support schedule control and implementation using the LEAN method
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or a comparable project management qualification is advantageous but not required
